Let’s start with the revision face and neck lift. Jalaleddin had some prior work done, but he wasn’t fully satisfied with the results—something I see from time to time with patients who travel to me from all over, including the USA. This procedure allowed me to refine his jawline and neck, addressing any sagging skin or uneven contours from his previous surgery. I carefully tightened the underlying tissues and removed excess skin to give him that sharp, youthful look he was after. It’s all about precision and creating a natural outcome, and I’m so pleased with how beautifully his face and neck came together.

Then, we added a lower blepharoplasty to the mix. This is one of my favorite procedures for brightening up the face! Jalaleddin had some puffiness and excess skin under his eyes that made him look a bit tired—something he really wanted to change. With lower blepharoplasty, I gently removed the extra fat and skin, smoothing out those under-eye bags to reveal a rested, vibrant appearance. It’s amazing how this small tweak can open up the eyes and enhance the whole face, especially for a male patient like Jalaleddin who wanted a subtle yet impactful result.

Finally, we completed his transformation with a lip lift. This procedure is perfect for adding balance and definition to the mouth area. For Jalaleddin, I shortened the space between his nose and upper lip, lifting it just enough to give his smile a more youthful, refined look without losing that masculine charm. Combined with the revision face and neck lift and lower blepharoplasty, the lip lift tied everything together perfectly. His before and after photos are absolutely stunning, and they really show off the artistry and care I put into every surgery.
