She truly has a heart of gold. My nurse, Elif, was equally exceptional. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and brought such a calming, reassuring presence. She even came to our hotel daily to check on me, which speaks volumes about the level of care provided. I absolutely adore her. As a healthcare provider, I have very high standards when it comes to medical facilities—and the hospital exceeded them all. It was top-tier in every way: efficient, spotless, and staffed with compassionate, professional nurses. I stayed for two nights and was treated with the utmost care. My husband was able to stay with me comfortably, and we were both genuinely impressed with the quality of service. The hotel experience was equally outstanding. It felt like a luxury wellness retreat with integrated medical care. From the café to the stunning rooftop terrace, spa, library, and media room—every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and recovery. One of the most unique and comforting aspects is that many guests are also undergoing procedures, so there’s no self-consciousness about being in recovery. The presence of a 24-hour infirmary and nurse-call systems in each room added an extra layer of reassurance. I also have to mention our hotel housekeeper, who was absolutely lovely. Even she made me feel special in the most heartfelt way. She spoke no English, but every day she would call me “princesa” and made sure my husband understood that he was in the presence of a princess as well! It became such a sweet and memorable part of the experience. If I had to summarize this entire journey in one word, it would be “princesa.” I truly received royal treatment and felt incredibly cared for. Now, just 7 days post-op, I am already seeing beautiful results. I have minimal bruising, no pain, and I’m genuinely amazed at how smooth the recovery has been so far. This experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. Choosing to do this for myself was one of the best decisions I’ve made—and finding Dr. Cem, Özlem, and Elif made it truly exceptional. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation. I would return in a heartbeat—and I already miss them!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Cem and his team for the exceptional care I received during my surgery in Turkey this past January. The result is exactly what I had hoped for: I look like a fresher, more youthful version of myself, not like a different person. That balance is incredibly important, and Dr. Cem achieved it beautifully. He is also a gifted communicator who takes the time to understand his patients’ goals with great care. Dr CBS without a doubt is one of the most masterful, talented and knowledgeable plastic surgeons in Turkey. He is an artist, he looks at your face and knows everything you need done- better than any surgeon I had consulted- and has the knowledge, skills and expertise to deliver his vision meticulously and to perfection. He does this with passion, care and dedication. What he did for my face was not short of miracle. His whole team were amazing. After care was above and beyond anything I expected. I had a submentoplasty with Dr Cem Berkay three weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience and results. The procedure was performed in an office setting under local anaesthetic, which made the whole process much calmer and more comfortable than I expected. Dr Berkay did an incredible job—the surgery was flawless, and even with some minor swelling still present, the results are already unbelievable. His assistant, Ozlem, was wonderful from the very beginning—always kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Five stars all the way Long story but here I go… I had been unhappy with my neck for the last 10 years. No solution except for surgery (a neck-lift) But in my mind, surgery is not to be taken lightly. I did my research on neck-lift surgery and made the decision with of my wife’s encouragement to move forward. I still had lots of uncertainty. So I wanted a highly skilled doctor with an outstanding reputation to do the surgery. I live in New York City and the cost of a top notch experienced necklift surgeon was 10x more than in Istanbul, Turkey or Bangkok, Thailand. I read many reviews and had several consults with highly rated surgeons in Istanbul and Bangkok looking for one who made me feel comfortable. At this point in the process, after a zoom consultation with Dr Cem, my gut told me Dr. Cem was the surgeon for me. I always trust my gut and once again my gut was RIGHT! AMAZING SURGEON! AMAZING SURGICAL BACKGROUND!AMAZINGLY NICE GUY with an incredible staff! You don’t have to trust me there is plenty on Google and YouTube where many others feel the same way I do. I was made to feel comfortable and in good hands while in Istanbul for my surgery and it’s now five weeks post surgery & I am very happy with the results. my horrible sagging neck is gone and I look at least 10 years younger. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the DOCTOR! I need to be honest that even though I did all the research and heard what the surgery was like, I struggled the first few days after surgery with the tightness and the wearing of compression garment. It wasn’t about pain because I experienced very little pain. Just tight & uncomfortable. had a breast enlargement procedure on 14th of June and the least that I can say is that I was very impressed by Dr. Cem, his results, how smooth the whole process was and how lovely his team is (especially Idil who was very supportive throughout this life changing process). This was my first time undergoing surgery so I was very nervous at first, however, after meeting Dr. Cem I felt so much at ease. During our first meeting, he laid down all of our options and we decided together what would be the best one for me (size, profile, etc.). I really appreciate how I didn’t feel pushed into a corner and was impressed by his approach. Dr. Cem is a very passionate, knowledgeable and down to earth surgeon and he definitely made me feel so at ease. Dr. Cem Berkay Sınacı is my plastic surgeon whom I have been going to regularly for a long time. I was already going to him for all my minimal procedures such as mesotherapy, botox, lip and facial fillers. 6 months ago, I had double chin liposuction and upper eyelid surgery under local anesthesia. We had face-to-face meetings before the surgery, together we determined a method suitable for my face and age, and I was very pleased with the result. He is a communicative and innovative physician who understands what his patient wants and knows how to make his patient happy with the results. Since my age was getting older, I was not satisfied with the sagging on my face and I wanted to do a face and beck lift procedure, it was quite difficult for a person to entrust something about his face to someone, so it took me a long time to decide on this, especially after reading Cem Bey's comments, I had an online interview with him and he answered the questions I asked very well and made me feel comfortable. I had my temporal lift under local anesthesia 3 weeks ago with my lovely doctor CBS. No matter how hard he tried to tell me the worst scenarios and discourage me, I resisted and won! After 4-5 days of edema and bruising everything is great. After the operation he answered all my silly questions day and night and never left me alone.
