As a healthcare provider, I have very high standards when it comes to medical facilities—and the hospital exceeded them all. It was top-tier in every way: efficient, spotless, and staffed with compassionate, professional nurses. I stayed for two nights and was treated with the utmost care. My husband was able to stay with me comfortably, and we were both genuinely impressed with the quality of service. The hotel experience was equally outstanding. It felt like a luxury wellness retreat with integrated medical care. From the café to the stunning rooftop terrace, spa, library, and media room—every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and recovery. One of the most unique and comforting aspects is that many guests are also undergoing procedures, so there’s no self-consciousness about being in recovery. The presence of a 24-hour infirmary and nurse-call systems in each room added an extra layer of reassurance. I also have to mention our hotel housekeeper, who was absolutely lovely. Even she made me feel special in the most heartfelt way. She spoke no English, but every day she would call me “princesa” and made sure my husband understood that he was in the presence of a princess as well! It became such a sweet and memorable part of the experience. If I had to summarize this entire journey in one word, it would be “princesa.” I truly received royal treatment and felt incredibly cared for. Now, just 7 days post-op, I am already seeing beautiful results. I have minimal bruising, no pain, and I’m genuinely amazed at how smooth the recovery has been so far. This experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. Choosing to do this for myself was one of the best decisions I’ve made—and finding Dr. Cem, Özlem, and Elif made it truly exceptional. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation. I would return in a heartbeat—and I already miss them!

Dr CBS without a doubt is one of the most masterful, talented and knowledgeable plastic surgeons in Turkey. I had a submentoplasty with Dr Cem Berkay three weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience and results. The procedure was performed in an office setting under local anaesthetic, which made the whole process much calmer and more comfortable than I expected.
