Linda's Breast Revision: Animation Deformity After Implants

The Surgical Plan:

I recommended a breast revision surgery that involved the following steps:

• Implant Removal: The first step was to carefully remove the existing breast implants.

• Capsulotomy/Capsulectomy (If Necessary): Depending on the condition of the tissue around the implant (the capsule), I would either release the capsule or remove it entirely.

• Muscle Repair: This was the key to correcting the animation deformity. I meticulously repaired and repositioned the pectoral muscle, restoring its original function and preventing the implants from interacting with it.

• Pocket Closure: The old pocket where the implant was was closed to avoid new implant placement in the future.

• Potential Fat Grafting (Not Performed in Linda's Case, but an Option): In some revision cases, fat grafting can be used to add volume and refine the shape of the breasts. However, in Linda’s case, it was not necessary.

The Surgery and Early Results (Breast Revision in Turkey):

Linda decided to proceed with the surgery, traveling to Istanbul for the procedure. The surgery went smoothly. What was truly remarkable was the immediate improvement. Even on the 5th day post-op, as you can see in her testimonial video, the animation deformity was gone!
