Every aspect of the experience was managed with remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and organization, which made me feel well cared for from the very beginning. Ozlem was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was thorough, attentive, and consistently responsive, ensuring that I was never left uncertain about what to expect. I was always given clear guidance regarding where I needed to be, when things would take place, and how each part of the process would unfold. That level of communication and support was invaluable. The hotel accommodations were also excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made our stay all the more enjoyable and contributed positively to the overall experience. I am now three months post-operative after an upper blepharoplasty, a cheek lift (oka DPVL), and a lip lift, and I could not be more pleased with how beautifully everything has healed. The result is exactly what I had hoped for: I look like a fresher, more youthful version of myself, not like a different person. That balance is incredibly important, and Dr. Cem achieved it beautifully. He is also a gifted communicator who takes the time to understand his patients’ goals with great care. It is clear that he combines technical precision with a genuine artistic eye, and that combination is reflected in the natural, elegant result he delivers. Equally important to me was his honesty regarding recovery. He never overstated or romanticized the healing process, and everything progressed exactly as he had explained. That honesty gave me enormous confidence and made the entire experience feel grounded, trustworthy, and reassuring. I am truly grateful to Dr. Cem, Ozlem, and the entire team for the wonderful care I received and for making what could have felt overwhelming instead feel smooth, thoughtful, and exceptionally well managed. I had a submentoplasty with Dr Cem Berkay three weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience and results. The procedure was performed in an office setting under local anaesthetic, which made the whole process much calmer and more comfortable than I expected. Dr Berkay did an incredible job—the surgery was flawless, and even with some minor swelling still present, the results are already unbelievable. His assistant, Ozlem, was wonderful from the very beginning—always kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Nurse Volkan was also fantastic, providing reassurance and support during the procedure and making me feel completely at ease. Dr. Cem has been a dear friend of mine for almost 20 years, and I didn't hesitate for a second to choose him for my rhinoplasty and midface lift through lower blepharoplasty.
